About Lydia Charles

Originally from Montreal and now based in Detroit, I’m a wedding photographer with a background in fashion photography, a love for film, and a deep appreciation for genuine human connection. My work blends a documentary sensibility with an editorial eye, creating images that feel honest, effortless, and timeless.

Beyond the photographs, I care just as much about the experience I create for my couples. From thoughtful guidance to knowing when to step back, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and fully present in your day.
