Skin Care 101: The Moisturizing Queen

Hey Divas,

Yes, from the title I believe I am the Queen of Moisturizing. I believe this because this will break or make your whole skin care routine. Why want flawless makeup applications but don't take care of your skin??? Ashy, crusty skin is not the new trend. That is actually played out. I mean if your related to Mr. Brown than by all means. Get your ash on! The rest of us that is not so privileged need not be seen like that ever.

Moisture helps to lock in the work you have done thus far. There are a few ways that you will accomplish this. Either by liquid, cream, or oil. I like to mix two of these different kinds everyday. Mixing gives you maximum results. Make sure that you apply this step both in the AM and PM. Below I will show you my Top 5 and when I use them:

Caudalie --> Vinoperfect Radiance Serum $79 (AM/PM) Here is a serum but acts like a liquid. In the day I apply this under my sunscreen for a radiant effect! For the evening, this is a perfect way to get your moisture without a tedious routine. Just cleanse, skip the toner, and apply this serum. Right away add a cream based moisturizer and you're done. It dries fairly quickly. I like pairing this with Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet $39. This duo is magic! I like traveling with this on too. Effortless to get ready for the airport yet your skin looks like you just left the spa. Great for not looking jet lagged!

Sunday Riley --> Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream $65 (PM) This cream does what it claims to do. Gives you optimum hydration yet aids in brightening those dark spots. A little goes a Long Way. I will use this after my toner but before my facial oil. Also, make sure this dries almost all the way before adding your oil to seal. Combine with any of the facial oils from Sunday Riley and you can't go wrong. My faves are the Luna Sleeping Night Oil $105 and U.F.O Ultra-Clarifying Face Oil $80.

Drunk Elephant --> Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil $72 (PM) Holy grail product right here!!! I truly believe that everyone should have this in their rotation. This oil is perfect for everyone. The ones who praise anti-aging are already ahead of the game. The ones who are just starting out and small. The ones who are veterans and want to up their ante, sort of speak. Seriously this Oil does it all!!! Simply cleanse, tone, then oil. It truly can stand on its own with no worries. Great for traveling m as well.

Mario Badescu --> Seaweed Night Cream $22 (PM) The texture of this is weird. It's creamy but not really a lotion. Nor is it a gel or sticky. Start small and warm with fingertips prior to applying. Don't be alarmed by the green color. Besides all these disclosures. This stuff is on point. When you done rubbing this on. You are going to think it isn't doing anything special. Asking me why I even recommended this to you. JUST wait til the morning.Your skin will feel like a baby's bottom. Plus it gives you a sun-kissed look. Your skin will feel hydrated like you had a water drip all night long. Totally worth it in my book.

Charlotte Tillbury --> Magic Cream Treat & Transform Moisturizer $100 I know. I know. You are probably looking at this post like this girl is Crazzyyyy. Thinking I'm going to spend all my coins on one product. My face can be ashy and crusty. Okay, but this cream is a miracle worker. Yes, it's anti-aging. Yes, everyone and their mama talks about it on YouTube. Yes, it's Sold at Nordstrom. You will look divine even on those rough mornings. This product can make you look awake even when you are not yet. It's my go-to on my extremely busy work weeks, my morning rescue from late night party session with friends, and a pick me up when my skin needs an extra boost due bad weather.

Again everything comes with trial and error. Period. Even if you don't achieve the same results off the bat as I. Do keep trying the products for a few weeks. Give your skin the love it needs. Sometimes we have to let the products do its thing. In its own timing. Every night I ALWAYS follow my routine with a lip balm (EOS or Jack Black). Your lips needs love too! For my extra ladies, I like to rub on extra lotion on my feet and put on my socks. You the know the ones. They are Uber soft and smooth. I do this about twice a week.

Skin Care 101: Masking It Up

Hey Divas,

This is truly my favorite part of my skin regimen. I guess because it is tranquil. A little quiet moment while I relax and let the magic work. This step is crucial because it helps refresh the skin and aids in exfoliating to rejuvenate new skin cells. Kind of like how a snake sheds its skin. Having healthy new cells is what gives you that glow from within everyone dreams about.

Just like your cleanser. All masks are not the same. Each mask has its own benefits. Which is an excellent way of customizing your at-home spa experience! In turn, maximizes the outcome of your results. Below I will list some masks for different parts of your face matching different concerns you would like to be taken care of.

Pores, White heads, and Blackheads.  Poor exfoliation methods can result in pores seeming larger than they actually are. Microdermabrasion is a great way to assist in cleansing and minimizing pores. Here I have a scrub and mask in one. It's natural and moisturizes, as well as, gently getting rid of dead skin cells and reviving the skin. Plus, it brightens your complexion and prevents premature aging.

Acne prone skin. To erase these clogged pores containing oil, dead skin cells and bacteria. You want to be gentle yet avoid overdoing it. Letting your whole face dry out is not the way to go. Just treat the problematic areas only. When it comes to acne, the key is all about balance. Making you sure you work from within and out. Fun fact: Try staying away from plastics that leach chemicals into food, which in turn, contains more estrogen. Xenoestrogens is a chemical that mimics estrogen.

Hyper-pigmentation, dark spots, and acne scars. Having a face that looks like a human cheetah is not cute. We all want to look flawless without makeup too. In order to do so, we need to brighten the areas to give an even toned surface. All while protecting it from the harmful sun rays. Over sun exposure untreated with proper sunscreen applications can basically make your whole regimen obsolete. Sunscreen is not a myth. So please please make sure you always apply and keep reapplying after the time has lapsed. (Hint: The mist below is a great way to apply sunscreen without disrupting your makeup.)

Lips. Yes, I said it your LIPS. I am always amazed how you would go to lengths for your face, but exclude the part that you accentuate the most. Fun fact: Did you know that your lips are the dirtiest part on your body??? Think about it...I'll wait. Sometimes scrubs and balms are just not enough. I don't about you but I don't need t be below zero outside for my lips to get dry. This mask not only moisturizes but also firms my pout! Do I need to say more. I like to layer my benefits. By using a scrub the day before. Afterwards, the next evening I'll do a face and lip mask at the same time. Knocks two birds with one stone!

Listed above is some really great information. With knowledge comes understanding. Start small with once a week and start climbing your way up. I wouldn't do more than 3x a week. Try overcoming one issue at a time. Patience is key. I might have put a little pep in ya step. I mean, what are friends for???

I'm all here for the shoulder crying about your skin issues and makeup cover ups. What I really believe in is Education. I am trying to reel you in slowly. That way you stay woke. How this world is built nowadays. You have got to do your own due diligence. It's pad and pencil time. Remember I'm here for you every step of the way.

Skin Care 101: The Feeling of Clean

Hey Divas,

Class is in session! Today we are going to get into the niddy gritty of your Skin Regime. After reading this post, you should learn some cool tricks and be more diligent in your routine. Cleansing is the biggest part of your Skin Care!!! Here is the stepping stone to that healthy year-round glow you want from within. We are talking without highlighters, of course!

There are a few ways I like to remove the layers of makeup. Of course, you have the traditional makeup wipes. I would use a wipe to get as much off as I can. Then I add EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) to the same wipe. To combat those waterproof mascara, eyelashes, bold or dark eyeshadow, stubborn eyeliners and lipsticks. Once that's done I pat dry my face with tissue and apply a cleansing balm. PLEASE do not forget your LIPS. Take your time with cleansing balms. Please, Please, Please read the instructions and Follow them to the T. I know we all like to customize our products to our own liking. Companies have been listening and can pretty much feel out what the "norm" behavior is for most consumers. If you don't go back to school days and really follow directions. It will be between a dirty face vs a  no more makeup face. Once you have all that pretty makeup off. We can move on to our cleanser.

With a damp face, I apply a few drops of cleanser to my fingers. Massage for 30 seconds or so. Then I go in with a damp Clarisonic Mia 2. I like to start with my cheeks and nose, chin and neck, then forehead and outer perimeter of my face. With each section, I wait until the brush stops vibrating and continue to the next section. I rinse my face with lukewarm to warm water. Here is where you can say I'm extra or doing too much. My face is now clean and free. The extra step is adding a scrub. (Use a gentle one on mask days.) On any other day, I use a gritty one like MAC Mineralized Volcano Ash Exfoliator. Exfoliating on a regular basis is great deal for keeping those textures at bay. If you are having an acne attack, hormonal breakout and/or medicinal reason. You can skip this part until that area is healed completely. We don't want to further irritate your skin. PAT dry your face. DON'T RUB.

Masking it up comes next. I would recommend about once or twice a week. Alternating between moisturizing and problematic masks is key. We want our face to be balanced. Just like our hair.
Let's talk products!!! Neutrogena, Simple and MAC has some awesome wipes with all sorts of different purposes. Trick: if a wipe doesn't remove makeup enough for you add some EVOO. My favorite cleansers are from Michael Todd, pure African Black soap, and GlamGlow. Michael Todd is awesome for sensitive skin. For masks there are a Huge variety out there. Just make sure you have 2 different types. A gentle one like Michael Todd's Jojoba Charcoal facial scrub. Also, a gritty one like Lush's Ocean Salt.

I hope I have brought some perspective to your new Skin care regimen. We are heading into Winter. This is the time where your skin needs to be nourished, hydrated and pampered. That way when summer comes along your hard work will pay off. To not only bare that teeny bikini but that gorgeous face!

Skin Care 101: Love Your Skin More Daily

Hey Divas,

I hope that all is well with you and your family. I am truly thankful to have my family in a more peaceful and happy time. That being said, what makes me happy is the power that makeup has. When a woman or man is feeling low, down or whatever. You turn to a vice. Thank God mine is one that helps me regain that confidence that I had lost. I am back and ready to be your guide. Let's just jump right in!

Treating your skin like a queen is no different than your hair. In order to, have your makeup look as beat and flawless as you all desire. You gotta look at your skin in another direction. You can't be about one and not the other. A skin regimen is essential in your day-to-day routine of personal hygiene. Do you know that your lips are the dirtiest part on your body??? That is horrendous because it is on your face!!! I just don't get how you can wash your face but leave your lips. Just like a makeup wipe isn't enough to wash your face entirely clear of makeup. Neither is it for lipstick.

My Skin Regimen is a bit extra. As always, you can take any part of it as you feel that caters to your lifestyle. Keep in mind that the structure is accurate though. I will not get into specifics of products in this post. Later, it might seem like a lot of products on one face. The key here is that it works. My regimen and products differ from day to night. This is just an overview of the process.

Cleansers are important because you need to get rid of dirt and pollutants prior to adding all the vitamins back in. Otherwise, the other steps are useless. You don't want to cause more problems for your face. I like natural or organic friendly products. I use a few different methods to take my face off. From wipes to cleansers and even oils. The reasoning is to ensure all of the layers you added are gone. It took awhile and work to put it on. So it will take the same to thoroughly undo as well.
The next step is to make my face feel, look smooth and be soft. Removing any texture that will create ripples on your skin. Yes ripples. Ripples in a quick definition are acne, skin irritation bumps, allergic reactions, etc. For that you can use masks, or scrubs to tackle it. I use both. I want to keep my skin looking more youthful and free of radicals. Remember it is never too early to start using anti-aging items. I have been incorporating anti-aging items in my regimen since the summer before college. You have to take care of what you got. To ensure that it is being preserved for years and years to come. Plus, the better skin you have the less foundation and concealer that will need to be applied. Unless a cake face is your Look. Then by all means don't let me Stop ya!

Next steps are toning, moisturizing and preventing. I like to add my toner after masks. Then you can replenish the skin with moisture. Here you add your serums, creams, lotions or tricks that keep your skin tight and bright. You have to listen to your skin and let it tell you what it needs. Especially, when you are on your cycle. You might see it reacting a bit stranger than usual. It can be a bit drier, or have more friends want to join the party than normal. Seasons aren't the only thing that can switch up your routine. Medicines can too. Even chemical changes. Like using a different brand of birth control pills. Take all of this into consideration. Pay ATTENTION To Your SKIN! I cannot stress that enough.

Make this part of the day like a mini spa time. Pampering is not only for spa days. It starts at home first. What you do for your hair you will do for your body. This is a whole package people. It has pores and can get acne just like your face. You have to be mindful of these things. Having a beat face will be easier if you prep it first. Having luxurious hair comes from a strong commitment to a regime. Making your skin match your head is a no brainier. That means applying more methods in the shower. Not just rinse lather and repeat.
Everybody wants to know the secret to staying and looking youthful. Not everyone is willing to put in the work. Nowadays, cosmetic lines make it very simple for you to make a regimen. The work is already done for you. Do your research on the type of brand you are comfortable with. Start shopping and keep it moving.
Break out your pads and pens. You are entering
my Beauty Skin Care Class 101 in the next few post. It might seem like a lot of steps or work. As you begin and stay consistent, you will get more in tuned with the process. Yes, your showers will be longer. Yes, your toiletry bill will be higher. Yes, you will benefit from better and healthier skin. You will be the star on your tree this year no worries!!!

Carol's Daughter: Lisa's Hair Elixir Line Review

Hey Divas,

Here is my last product line review, from my recent Big Haul on Carol's Daughter site. I'm completely in love with all her products. They actually work and perform the way it is advertised. Which is a BIG plus to any consumer. Especially, us curly haired girls. I have no regrets going all out and spending my hard earned coins. I have these products for awhile to ensure I had ample time to try them out and see how they would fit into my lifestyle and hair regimen. My hair goal this year was to find products that become staples and have healthier hair. Lisa's Elixir does just that. It helps you get to the root of the problem. This line focuses on the health of your hair from the follicles, the scalp and the entire hair strand. A real detox for your hair!!!

I know this can look ludicrous having all these products, but there is structure in this. Look at it this way. You have to balance your hair between strength and moisture anyway. So what I have done was go out and venture out of my comfort zone. I wanted to find a brand that not only was faithful in its ingredients but also performance. That way I can keep up with them as the years go by. Normally, you will just switch up your treatments and conditioners for your weekly needs. I took it a step further. Due to the fact that, Carol's Daughter provided such a dynamic duo in their cleansers and conditioners!!!

1.  Lisa's Hair Elixir Clarifying Shampoo $20 8.5 fl oz

First step of this detox is, cleansing. This shampoo is the TRUTH! The reason I stopped relaxing was because of the bad reactions on my scalp. It would get itchy all the time even though my hair was just washed, flaking and irritated. The soars were not pleasant either. Nothing worked until I read the reviews and noticed that I wasn't the only one with this problem. I have tried everything under the sun. Once I started with this shampoo, it really converted me! My scalp is blister free. With continual use all my issues has be resolved from the first application! It feels so soothing on the scalp. It leaves my hair clean but not stripped. It gets rids of my flakes, which weren't dandruff by the way. My scalp is clear and buildup free. I use this twice a month usually on my moisture weeks in my regimen. Since it contains Biotin, Rosemary, and Eucalyptus. I have seen some extra growth in my hair. Winning all day with this and we are only at the shampoo!

Ingredients: Water(Aqua) Eau, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycol Distearate, Cocamide MIPA, Olivine Extract, Menthol, Biotin, Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed Oil, Retinyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Polyquaternium-10, Coffea Robusta Seed Extract, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Dipterocarpus Turbinatus Wood Oil, Guaiacum Officinale Wood Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphor) Bark Oil, Thuja Occidentalis Leaf Oil, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Polyquaternium-7, Citric Acid, Caffeine, Silicone Quaternium-16, Tetrasodium EDTA, Amodimethicone, Undeceth-11, Butyloctanol, C11-15 Pareth-7, Undeceth-5, Glycerin, Laureth-9, Trideceth-12, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, DMDM Hydantoin, PPG-12-Buteth-16, Limonene, Fragrance (Parfum)

2. Lisa's Hair Elixir 7-in-1 Complete Conditioner $22 8.5 oz

Second step of detoxing is, conditioning. Even with the minty ingredients in this conditioner. It still detangles your locs like no other. Again the tingling sensation is so relaxing and refreshing. It is very hot and humid in Florida so this makes me feel cooler throughout the day and a few days after wash day. This contains Omegas 6 and 9 to get that growth spurt that I see and enjoy. I only have one negative mark though. This conditioner is so thick and creamy that it is hard to come out the twist nozzle. It really isn't a big deal. I just remove the whole head and get the product out that way. If that bothers you, transfer it to a jar. (Can be purchased at your local beauty supply store.) Besides that, I cannot say enough great things about this conditioner. It continues to give me the hair I knew I had. She is soft, bouncy and fluffy. The fluffiness is controlled not wild and crazy like a tornado took you or something.

3. Lisa's Hair Elixir Fortifying Scalp Spray $22 4.25 fl oz

Last step is, the scalp spray. This stuff takes the cake!!! Really it does. You would use this prior to shampooing your hair. Just part your hair, spray, and repeat. Once you have dispersed it around your whole head including your hairline. Massage it in and rinse. Girrrrrlllll!!! This stuff stops everything in its tracks. For my divas that love protective styling really need to buy this. ASAP! I can't stand to see you pounding your darn head to death in public. It ain't cute baby. Use this for spot treating those sporadic itchy areas. Your brain will thank me later. I even use this when my scalp gets too overwhelmed by salt residue. I am a gym-goer so this stays in my gym bag. I spray, massage and follow with a moisturizer for the rest of the hair.

  • Ingredients:  Water/Aqua/Eau, Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Fragrance/Parfum, Panthenol, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Foeniculum Vulgare (Fennel) Seed Extract, Superoxide Dismutase, Visnaga Vera Fruit/Stem Extract, Biotin, Hexapeptide-11, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Tocopherol, Retinyl Palmitate, Betaine, Hexylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Benzoic Acid, Citric Acid, Dehydroacetic Acid, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Thuja Occidentalis (Cedar Leaf) Leaf Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora(Camphor) Bark Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Oil, Guaiacum Officinale Wood Oil, Dipterocarpus Turbinatus Wood Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil,Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, Tetrasodium EDTA, Limonene, Linalool, Coumarin

Carol's Daughter truly has won me over with their products! Not only has my scalp seen better days but my hair looks and feels healthier. I lucked out to give in and try awesome items that DELIVERED!!! I will continue to use these products and most likely add a few more to my collection. Carol's Daughter: Marula Curl Therapy Line Review

Hello Divas,

Hope all is well with you and your families!!! We are back with another review. So I went back to Carol Daughter's site to purchase this set. Darn you YouTube hahaha! No really its due to their awesome special emails that I get and must gravitate to the site. Kinda like click the ad and look around and see if anyone is looking at my shopaholic self. OMG...this is why I need a Savior!!! On a serious note. I really wanted to try this due to its conditioning aspects. I must say CD doesn't disappoint me. About 3 years ago, a couple of items I sampled some products and they were epic fails for my relaxed and then transitioning hair. With my new found education in natural hair, techniques, and a regimen. I realize I needed a whole line for my moisturizing wash days. Especially, during weather changes and humidity loving to fry my hair. Or I could be a product junkie in Denial. Either way, I was like a kid on Christmas day when my items came in.

This Marula line is medicinal to my heat wave days. When I mean my hair knows that it's getting loved, she acts completely helpless. Just so I can take these babies out to give her some attention. Bananas I know!!! One thing I know is, that giving your hair the love she deserves will help you see less bad hair days. Plus, she will show you how fierce she can be. With the proper attention and care, there is no style you wont be able to achieve any dsy of the week.

Can we be real people...Do you ever argue with your hair like it's a real Grown woman?!?!?!  Listen, when ya hair is getting that crunchiness to it like you use potato chips as a moisturizer. It's time to get on it. Girrrrrllllll!!!! That is why I always like to have a set regimen to get my hair pampered and the products she needs. I cannot over amplify this enough. Stop complaining about what your hair can't or won't do. If you stick to methods that work for her, and you treat her with unconditional love. Then the sky is the limit. That being said let's get into this review.

Here are my staples for a Moisturizing washing regime:
1. Marula Curl Therapy Gentle Cream Cleanser (sulfate-free) $18 8.5 fl oz

The smell is like walking through a rose garden!!! I felt like I was in one of those Herbal Essence commercials! Do you remember those? The marula and manuka ingredients in this shampoo is awesome to make detangling a dream and keeping your hair incredibly soft. It just glides in there taking over and not leaving the hair stripped AT ALL. Feels like shampoo and conditioner in one. If you are looking for a sudsy shampoo, I apologize for your loss cuz this ain't it. Unlike me, having been anti-shampoos for so long it has no bad effect on me or my hair. It truly is gentle and makes finger detangling quite easy. WAIT A MINUTE, Did this girl just say finger detangling with a shampoo. Yeaaaa exactly!!! I like how when you are rinsing and smoothing your hair under the water it already starts the curl clumping process. This gentle cleanser is great for a cowash and bunning. All you do is add a little gel on top and go. I've tried it and made running errands painless.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Propanediol, Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate, Amodimethicone, Jojoba Esters, Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Honey (Mel) Extract, Panthenol, Cynara Scolymus ( Artichoke) Leaf Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Seed Protein, Cystine Bis-PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Oil, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Ceteareth-20, Ethylhexylglycerin, Polysilicone-15, Quaternium-95, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Keratin, Phytic Acid, Fragrance (Parfum), Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Citric Acid, Disodium EDTA, BHT, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Methylisothiazolinone, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Coumarin, Hydroxycitronellal, Linalool

2. Marula Curl Therapy Softening Hair Mask $24 7 oz

I understand why this line doesn't have a conditioner separately. Both the Cleanser and this mask is so rich in its moisturizing properties that there isn't a need really. If you are all about the curls poppin game, then this is gonna be ya staple honey boo boo. (Hahaha!) Serious! I am falling in love with this mask  more and more each time I use it. On contact my curls are awake, alive and dancing from the water to the wind. I love using this mask when I know that I have no time to do a complete wash day due to a hectic week at work. or just because life happens and we al get lazy from time to time. Plus, it saves room in your gym bag. I just get in the shower satuarate my hair with water, apply this mask, finger detangle, rinse it out and go. I will then add some gel to the outside perimeters, ends and clip it up. In the morning, getting ready is a breeze just take down my scarf lay down my edges if need be. I mean this mask is a quick fix to everything. I have no complaints!!!

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetyl Alcohol, Amodimethicone, Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate, Glycerin, Cetyl Esters, Isododecane, Propanediol, Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Jojoba Esters, Panthenol, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract, Honey (Mel) Extract, Cynara Scolymus ( Artichoke) Leaf Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Seed Protein, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Cystine Bis-PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Stearamine Oxide, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Polysorbate 60, Trideceth-12, C11-15 Pareth-7, Cetrimonium Chloride, Laureth-9, Polysilicone-15, Quaternium-95, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Keratin, Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Oil, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Fragrance (Parfum), Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Phytic Acid, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, BHT, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Methylisothiazolinone, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Citronellol, Coumarin, Eugenol, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Linalool, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone

 3. Marula Curl Therapy Diffusing & Styling Lotion $20 5 fl oz

I like this lotion but I need to find a great gel to par it with. I love how defined my curls are with it from first application to mid week touchups. The only thing is that it is not humidity trained. I like how my hair feels at home but when I get outside it makes it soooo puffy. I am sure with the right pairing gel this will be awesome! I really want to try the new gel that came out recently from the Hair Milk line. I want to keep it in the family, you know! This lotion is great for a midweek refresher as well. As a leave-in this is in the rotation. It doesn't hold any other position for me. Also, tried using this as a barrier for me in the sauna at the gym. Now in this instance it works realllly well. If you are searching for a light-weight leave in that really defines the curls. Then I'd say holla at ya girl on this lotion.  All in all, there are many ways this comes in handy and can toss it in your bag.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Amodimethicone, Propanediol, Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate, Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Jojoba Esters, Isohexadecane, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Keratin, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Seed Protein, Honey (Mel) Extract, Cynara Scolymus (Artichoke) Leaf Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract, Polyquaternium-46, C11-15 Pareth-7, Polysilicone-15, Laureth-9, Quaternium-95, Oleth-10, Cystine Bis-PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Oil, Trideceth-12, Polysorbate 60, Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Fragrance (Parfum), Aminomethyl Propanol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Phytic Acid, BHT, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Sorbic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol

My ending notes are, that I would purchase the poo and mask for quick gym wash days. They are convenient enough to just drop one or both in your bag and go. The lotion is great and very versatile in ways to accompany it in your method of moisturizing your hair for styling. I gave you some ideas to try to incorporate it in. I always get questions about what perfume I am wearing. I always respond with, "Oh thank you, but its just my hair!" We as women are always busy always running around need to find quick fixes. Thanks to CD this line is it! Hands down! Wonders for the lazy friend in me, as well. I had a lady stalk me around the beauty aisles in Target to see what I was purchasing for my hair! I finally just gave in and said where she can find these beauties! She was so sweet though!

Carol's Daughter: Monoi Hair Repairing Collection Review

Hey hun,

Hope all is well with your spirit!!! Cuz I am about to jump right in this review. I am a hugeeeee fan of this hair line!!! There is nothing that I can negatively say about this hair line. Well, I guess I could talk about the fact it is only sold online. BUTTTTT I am too excited about my review. To bring you news that has been talked to death. So let's get to the goodies! The main reasons that I fell in love with this line is: the natural organic ingredients, black owned business (well at least it was), & all the products do what they ACTUALLY say they are going to do and smell soooooo freaking gooooood!!! I am a big advocate of products that has great lasting scents otherwise it ain't coming near my hair PERIOD!!! In all realness, it shows that the company is putting that extra thought in their products. Which in turns, puts their brand in a better light in the consumer's eyes, as well as their hearts.

When I am outdoors and the wind takes over my curls. Making them bounce with every whoooosh. I can smell the products that I have put in my hair (even if my wash day has long passed). If I can smell it GUESS WHAT people near me can too. Any curly natural haired girl can relate to this. Plus, when your significant other wants to cuddle or embrace you after a long day, that smell gets them more excited to being close to you. You never know if that smell makes them remember you during their day or not. I'm sure I am not the only one who loves hearing that from time to time. So awesome products equals a win win situation for everyone!!!

1. Monoi Repairing Sulfate-Free Shampoo $20  8.5 fl oz

I am absolutely in love with this Shampoo!!! I have been using the curly girl method for 2 1/2 years now and I have been pretty strict on myself. I didn't pretty much allow any type of bottled shampoo from any brands AT ALL. The reasoning behind this is because ever since I have been natural poos have made my really nice soft hair unmanageable, Brillo pad dry and (don't forget) matted. Especially, at the roots. So I vowed to NEVER put any type of shampoo on it. Until, YouTube won over my heart. I decided to try the trial sizes and give it try. It can't hurt and I wouldn't be wasting money and hoarding product for no reason.

So long story short, I was so skeptic that this would work that I applied conditioner over the rest of the hair and ends. (Just in case!) I rinsed it out and felt my scalp and new growth. I was so shocked at how soft, clean, and detangled my hair was. I was amazed but still skeptic. So I applied it again to the same section because I had been bunning my hair for 2 weeks straight and there was some build up from gel. That I wanted to make sure I got it all. This time around I didn't add any conditioner to the remaining of the hair.  Again, the outcome was the same and the rest of the hair felt just as soft!!! I couldn't believe it. My mother will be so proud that I finally found a shampoo that not only agrees with my hair but agrees with me. She never understood the whole conditioner only washing method. If yo are heavy handed with all your products, this poo might set ya hands straight for real. Hi, My name is Samantha and I agree with this message!

Ingredients : Water (Aqua), Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Cocamide MEA, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Acrylates Crosspolymer-4, Decyl Glucoside, Amodimethicone, Divinyldimethicone/Dimethicone Copolymer, Polyquaternium-10, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, Octocrylene, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Coconut Oil Glycereth-8 Esters, Cystine Bis-PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Dimethiconol, Shea Butter Glycereth-8 Esters, Quaternium-95, Fragrance (Parfum), C12-13 Pareth-23, C12-13 Pareth-3, Glycerin, Hydrolyzed Hibiscus Esculentus Extract, Hydrolyzed Silk, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Propanediol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Extract, Glycol Distearate, Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Panthenol, Laureth-23, Laureth-4, Cetrimonium Chloride, Trideceth-12, Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide, Inulin Lauryl Carbamate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Gardenia Tahitensis Flower Extract, Moringa Pterygosperma Seed Extract, Behentrimonium Chloride, Sucrose Laurate, Disteareth-75 IPDI, Potassium Hydroxide, Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, BHT, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Chlorphenesin, Methylisothiazolinone, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Linalool

2. Monoi Repairing Conditioner $22 8.5 fl oz

Once I got over my shock, with the poo and I washed the other 3 sections!!! I moved on to the conditioner. At this point, my hair is basically detangled. Using the conditioner to finger detangle was a breeze on another wash day. No need for any other of my detangling tools  (Bye Bye shower comb). It made my curls pop and aided in smoothing my hair with no problem. I went back over my hair to make sure all the tangles are gone. Smoothing this stuff on really helps with clumping the curls together and giving it that gelled look without any gel. I still let it sit in my hair for a few minutes while I went over the other sections. You can never get over the smell of these products!!! After I did a final cool rinse, I could feel the difference in my hair. It felt healthier, stronger and there were less shedded hair on the shower walls. I can't say enough good things about this stuff.  I think this is the new creamy crack for real!!!

Ingredients : Water (Aqua), Cetearyl Alcohol, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Glycerin, Isododecane, Fragrance (Parfum), Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Isohexadecane, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Gardenia Tahitensis Flower Extract, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Orbignya Oleifera Seed Oil, Moringa Pterygosperma Seed Oil, Phyllostachis Bambusoides Juice, Hydrogenated Coco-Glycerides, Hydrolyzed Silk, Hydrolyzed Hibiscus Esculentus Extract, Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Extract, Panthenol (Pro-vitamin B5), Cetrimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Methosulfate, Cinnamidopropyltrimonium Chloride, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Octyldodecanol, Ceteareth-20, Quaternium-91, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sorbic Acid, Chlorphenesin, Phenoxyethanol, Methylisothiazolinone

3. Repairing Hair Mask $32 7 oz

This mask right here...THIS MASK RIGHT HERE!!! They should change the name to BUTTA BABY!!! The mask doesn't have to stay on the hair long for you to see results. I used this mask both ways on dry and already shampooed hair. It truly is your choice. On dry hair: I sprayed my it first with aloe vera juice spray which I keep cooled in the fridge. As I am raking the mask in...It is already detangling my hair LIKE BUTTA!!! This is no match for tangles or knots because they don't stand a chance to this mask. I didn't even have to wait for it to sit in my hair for long. Read the label. I have was hunting and needed a good protein treatment badddd. My hair really can't stand humidity when it is at its peak. So I let it sit in my hair without heat for 30 minutes. My hair felt brand new!!! I didn't recognize her. She was detangled, smoothed to capacity and yet I haven't even put any other product in it. I mean there are no other words to describe this one day in heaven for wash day. I no longer need anything else in my life but CD!!! Bless ya heart gorgeous.

Ingredients : Water (Aqua), Cetearyl Alcohol, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Glycerin, Cetyl Esters, Dimethicone, Fragrance (Parfum), Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oiol, Gardenia Tahitensis Flower Extract, Cyclopentasiloxane, Isohexadecane, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Orbignya Oleifera Seed Oil, Moringa Pterygosperma Seed Oil, Phyllostachis Bambusoides Juice, Hydrolyzed Hibiscus Esculentus Extract, Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccaride, Helianthus Annus (Sunflower) Seed Extrac, Panthenol (Pro-vitamin B5), Cetrimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Phenyl Trimethicone, Dimethiconol, Octyldodecanol, Ceteareth-20, Quarternium-91, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Methylisothiazolinone

Final Thoughts

These three really work well together. Applying the products in was very manageable. They work really well either way. The shampoo and conditioner has a twisty cap to release the product very well. A little goes a long way for all three items. The reasoning is because the consistency of the products are very light and creamy. When you massage the product with your hands prior to working it in. It doubles the size you pour out. I really saw less hair on my shower wall. I'm sure I am not the only one who puts the shed hair on the wall. It helps avoiding the clogged drain disasters. I must say that using the mask on soaking wet hair can make you lose a lot of product because it won't stay on the hair. So after the conditioner was rinsed out. I would just smooth some water out before proceeding with the deep conditioner.I have fine thin hair and these 3 miracle workers gave it some life and body. On a windy day or while I'm in my car jammin' to music (yes, the windows are down) on my to work. My curls don't know how to act just bouncing to the rhythm lol!!! One last final note, In December Lisa appears on HSN for a 3 day long segment. She has demos, advice, and awesome deals. Plus its great to stock on these 3 items in their SuperSizes. Don't forget who reminded you first.

My Fall Favorites Tag 2015

Hey lovelies,

OOOOh yesssss, finally Fall is here and Summer heat is on it's way out!!! Unfortunately, in Florida ain't no such thing as cool breezy nights. So I wanted to participate in Jaclyn Hill's Fall Tag anyway. I'm not on YouTube yet but couldn't miss this opportunity to talk about this autumn season. I really appreciate and miss NYC even more this time of year. The colors, trends, hair and makeup options. What more can a girl ask for???

FAVORITE CANDLE

Without further a do, come and reminisce with me. We are starting with my favorite Candles!!!! OOOh boy, now anybody knows me should know how much I adore Bath & Body Works. Let alone their candles!!!!!! I mean I should buy stock or something. My faves are Marshmallow Fireside, Pumpkin Cupcake & Pumpkin Maple Waffles. I couldn't just pick one. Now it took me a loooong time to choose these 3. These scents make me feel so comforted and cozy. Now since I can't get that authentic crisp Autumn air. I mimick it with blasting my AC and covering myself with a nice fluffy blanket on the couch. I burn each of these in a different area in the house. Marshmallow Fireside is in my bedroom. It is described as: Gather 'round the bonfire with toasted marshmallows, smoky woods & sweet vanilla. To me its like a fine sexy man wrapped around me near a fireplace. It is such a seductive smell that warms your heart. Pumpkin Cupcake is in the kitchen. Package states: Treat yourself to a freshly baked pumpkin cupcake covered in rich buttercream frosting. What I find humorous here is that I don't like to eat pumpkin pie but I adore this candle! My last candle is the Ultimate Pumpkin Pecan Waffles. Detail are as follows: The scrumptious scent of warm pumpkin pecan waffles drizzled with fresh maple syrup. Enough said because that is exactly what it smells like. I burn this one on the Dining Room table!

FAVORITE LIP COLOR

Who doesn't love a sexy plump bold vampy lip??? If you don't then skip then on to the next one. I think about my lip first when doing Fall looks. Its just that time of yea to express your words. That's why we start the cuddling season. You gotta have that lip game on point. So when ya man sees you after a long day, he knows what time it is. Your time!!! Enough of the romantic novel talk. My combo pick is Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Trust Issues and MAC Matte Lipstick in Stone. I love them separately and together. I add Stone in the center of my lip. It just takes your bold and vampy look to another level. For that wet look add a clear gloss on top. In the cooler months sometimes you want your lips to have that moisturized mint feeling. So Bath & Body Works Mentha Lip Tint in Pink Tint. I know it looks pink but it doesn't change your lipsticks color at all. So I just dab a little in the center of my lip. FIERCE!!!

FAVORITE DRINK/BLUSH/FALL CLOTHING

Okayyyy so, My name is Samantha and I'm a Starbuckaholic!!! I get to Gold by 1/4 of the year and get I it renewed for the following year by the second quarter. That being said I like Salted Caramel Mocha and Oprah's Cinnamon Chai Latte. They are both warming to the soul. It brings such calmness with every sip. It just keeps all the negativity away with just the right before you bring the rim to your lips!!! Dramatic I know. That is the feeling and anticipation I get though when I am waiting in line. Being greeted with the usual is music to my ears. I keep 'em on their toes though by switching it up from time to time.

Hands down it has got to be BH Cosmetics Forever Nude Sculpt & Glow Palette in Medium/Deep! Another great alternative is BH Floral Blush Duo in Rose. You can't go wrong. You can wear the blush shade with every look you can conjure up this season. In the Duo its great because they have a highlighter shade that really compliments the blush. This will really bring your warmer makeup looks full throttle. I am an avid BH Cosmetics fan, due to the fact, that their products are not only inexpensive but awesome quality. Who can complain...I know I ain't!!! Keep up the good work. You definitely have a loyal customer in me.

Wow this was actually tough but I would have to say boots, sweaters, and scarves. It really ties your whole look together. I love how they can dress up or play down your ensemble, as well. The colors are vibrant enough to add that pop of color. If are you anything like me, I stay to a pretty much monochromatic way of dressing. By wrapping a bulky scarf all around you on top to gravitate the eye with some warm hues. Keeps you from looking washed out and too blah. Kind of like, making your viewers focused on a certain part of your outfit. Without really trying that hard. This way I can always enjoy my favorite pieces and not look as if I always wear the same. In the Fall, I love wearing tights and jeans all day. I will pair them with everything. No my boot game is on point!!! I wear em all!!! Any length. Any color. Any style. I have pretty much rocked them and will continue to. I don't play with my show game at all. My dream is to have the closet that Mr. Big built for Carrie in that penthouse. I do not want to share it either. Just for me. Please, tell me you guys remember that.

FAVORITE MOVIE

I don't celebrate Halloween butttt my father and I have always enjoyed those movies. Our all time hands down time pieces are the Chucky and Leprechaun series. When they start the marathons on TV in October, You can bet we will be watching them. Now this doesn't discredit Jason, Freddy, Michael, or Gremlins either. I am just gonna pick em all. I even like the classics before my time. For example: Carrie, Psycho, The Shining, Silence of the Lamb, and The Birds. The one I recommend everyone watching if you haven't already is The Wishmaster. Now this takes the cake for throwback!!! There are 4 movies total in this series. It has everything you need in a movie of this stature. Seriously, I want everyone to try and find these movies and watch it this season. Thank me later.

FAVORITE FALL SHOWS

I know everyone is saying Scandal, but this show is the truth!!! On Thursday nights, I start from Grey's Anatomy to Scandal and following How To Get Away With Murder. If my heart has not stopped due to Shonda's suspense. I then go to my DVR and watch The Blacklist. Now here is a show that I am totally obsessed with too. What I don't like is how they moved it from Monday to Thursday night. James Spader is the ultimate guy hands down. I miss tweeting with him and Hisham Tawfiq (Dembe) on Twitter. They make the show. I love Mr. Reddington's stories and how cool he is. He doesn't miss a beat!!! I was hoping that this season they would move it to another night. I guess I gotta get my fix the only way I can.

FAVORITE THANKSGIVING FOOD/COSTUME

Jaclyn surely did leave the best for last. Without further a due, my mother's stuffing is DA BOMB! I am sure everybody says that but mine is the realest. She got the recipe from Kelly Ripa's mother-in-law. We were watching her show one year. So we decided to spice up our dishes. Bring something new to the table. Ever since then my mother has made it her own. She puts her foot in it. over the years, mom has definitely put her own twist in it. Also, she makes sure she makes an extra batch for me to take home. Just for me. Now as far as the costume thing. It's not me. I don't celebrate this holiday.

If you have read the entire post, I truly appreciate you! I just really love Jaclyn Hill and her awesome personality. I didn't want to not participate since I wasn't going to upload any video. She is my friend in my head...(in my Wendy voice). I hope I did her tag justice and everyone enjoyed my faves. Enjoy this season the best way you know how. Just be safe, don't forget to spend time with the ones who matter. Keep in mind to keep the branches in your circle. Leaves don't last forever. Learn your lessons from them and move on. Leaves fall for reason. Love you.

Road To Deliverance

Hey Divas,

Hope all is well with you and your family! I know it has been ages since I have been on here. Life happens and can definitely give you a new perspective on your outcome. Let me start by really saying that, I sincerely apologize for my lack of communication and commitment to you all. I just needed some time to be able to cope with some traumatic events going on in my life. Going forward I would rather make necessary life transitions with you guys. Instead of, secluding myself from you. I believe that a community full of love and positive energy aids in the recovery process. When you are secluded you only have yourself to get you by and God, of course. Which isn't bad per se but isn't healthy alone either. Let's just dive in shall we?!?!?!

Going through a divorce is no joke. I never thought that I would have to endure this journey. At the same time, I cannot continue in a relationship that is no longer healthy for me, my spirit, or my soul. I am not perfect by any means. I also know my worth and believe that God has other plans for me. Towards the end, I noticed a change in who I am. I began losing who I am as an individual. I no longer recognized myself in the mirror. Going day by day numb to any emotion a person should sense. I started to accept the gravity and just bask in it. I began to imitate that I was okay and nothing was wrong. You have to know when enough is enough and get the help you need. I turned to the Bible. That's the only teacher I knew that could really resurrect the good back into me. I was so angry and hurt. I had no desire for happiness. I forgot what that word meant and EVERYTHING annoyed me. I had plans and goals, ya know. I felt trapped and suffocated, because every time I tried to work toward my dreams. I kept feeling this dead weight dragging me down every chance it got. So I knew change had to come. I tried everything to make things work. I always said, "You can't make anyone do anything they don't want to do." Plus, "Don't ever beg anyone to Be With You!" Know ya worth and accept that things aren't going to go according to your perfect little plan. Accept the things that cannot be changed and Grow in the Light that Shines for Greatness!!!

If I wasn't being beat up enough. I have another obstacle that I had to endure, which is my father getting Cancer. My Father is my best friend and my favorite person in the world. He has always been there in my life and we have such a great dynamic relationship. So for him to go through such a traumatic time, is so hard for me. Still is. Thank God at this time, He is doing muuuuch better and done with all treatments. We are taking it one day at a time and getting ready for him to be heading back to normal living. This time has really made me appreciate life, patience, and inner peace. Being by my Father's side, has helped me see life in another aspect. I respect this time alone more than I thought I would. I don't take things for granted as much. It has really kept me grounded. I cherish all the time I have spent with him just growing closer to him. Nothing else in the world matters when you have a sick parent. Everything I was going through with my husband seemed minuscule.  I dedicated my time to supporting my father and God. My faith is much stronger for it. Keep in mind that God always knows what you can and cannot endure.

I must say that as a spiritual person, my relationship with God has grown dramatically!!! I don't know if you guys have a War Room but, as a child, mine has always been the shower. It's something about the water. I'm not sure if its the sound of water flowing or the Zen feeling of bathing. Anywho, majority of the time I also blast my music. The genre doesn't matter but praise music is hands down my first choice. I encourage having that fellowship with God. Regardless, what the scenery looks like. Go to the place that is more serene and convenient for you. I tend to gravitate to the park, as well. Now I'm not saying to use this time to vent and complain but really talk to him about your thoughts, feelings, and ask for guidance. Don't do this thinking to get a quick fix to your problems, but to really dive in to get some relief or just knowing that you are being heard and loved. My encouragement is for that sanity, honey! My mind goes on and on and on. Giving it all to Him separates you from all the fear and negativity that the world brings to your doorstep. Without this fellowship time, I would be running around here like a chicken with its head cut off! There is no reason to go though anything alone. Friends and family are nice to converse with, too. Please, Understand that they don't always satisfy your craving alone. Keep in mind that they may be going through their own trials and tribulations, as well. Reaching out to God, aids in filling my cup on a weekly basis. Can I get an Amen, if you are feeling me right now?!?!?! "And the congregation says, Amen and Amen!!!"

I am not saying any of this to make you guys feel sorry for me. I am relating my experience to show you that there is a Light at the end of the tunnel. I was going through it. REALLLLY!!!! It wasn't all blossoming flowers under the angelic rays of sunshine. There were days I didn't want to get out of bed. Endless nights, of crying myself to sleep. Most of all, a rage of anger that I couldn't fathom how to not let it consume me. I didn't know how to not wake up and feel the need to just punch someone in the face. Whoa okay, that was bit much but you get the gist. At the end of the day, I'm glad to have such a great support system. Without His encouragement and love, I do not know where my sanity would be at this moment in time. I don't mean to push my beliefs down ya throat. Just want to let you know, why I have been in hibernation. Plus, how I am coping with everything.

I am back lovelies and I will have some great posts coming up for you!!! We are back to our regular schedule programming going forward. Let's continue on this journey to better roads ahead together. I plan on having a post for you on a weekly basis. Anything in particular you want me to try or talk about. Don't hesitate to leave me a request or ideas below. I love you and I appreciate your patience with me!!!
